Shipping

We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

On all International orders, in addition to the shipping cost, it is the customer's responsibility to pay any import tariffs and customs duties to their local authority. ‍

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to any parcel service fault.

‍Customer who makes any changes to an order after it has been shipped, including but not limited to changing the address, putting an order on hold, or updating shipping preferences surrender the option for replacement items and refunds if any issues occur.

Bike Specifications

Please note that while we try our best to be as accurate as possible, specifications of geometry and weight of our bicycles are best estimates of expected values, not a guarantee. Due to many factors including but not limited to manufacturing tolerances there may be variation from the expected values specified.

Liability Disclaimer

You are responsible for your actions while riding, handling, and servicing your bicycle. Seattle Cycles is neither responsible nor liable for any accidents, injuries, consequential, special, or incidental losses or damages that may occur during your use. Please ensure that your current insurance policy would cover you in the event of an accident.

Pre-Orders/Backorders and Pre-Order/BackorderCancellations

A pre-order or backorder allows you to reserve a product that is currently out of stock or not yet released. Your order will be shipped at a later date as specified on the product page.  Your credit/debit card will be charged immediately regardless of when the order is expected to ship. Any pre-order or backorder that is canceled before shipping is only eligible for a 90% refund of the total order price.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credits

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

‍For refunds, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within five business days.

‍We do not offer exchanges for orders already shipped. However you can receive a refund or store credit for returned items, and you can choose to place a new order for the items you would like. If a store credit is requested, a discount code will be issued to you, to be used during the checkout of your next order.

‍‍Orders Flagged for Fraud Check

We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill and refund any order that our fraud analysis flags as potentially fraudulent.  

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be collected on all orders shipped to the following states and will include state and municipal (when applicable) taxes:

AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KY, ME,MA, MD, MI, MN, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT,WA, WV, WI, WY

Credit Card Chargebacks

If a credit card chargeback of any amount is issued on an order and the customer is still in possession of the product(s) within said order, the warranty will be paused until the chargeback is resolved.

Sale Items and Special Orders

We do not accept returns for sale items and special orders. All sale items and special orders are final sale; no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. If sale items or special orders are returned without expressed permission from our customer service, they will be returned to the customer. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.
